This document relates to the first psychoanalytical treatment of an autist patient. His doctor, Dr Janine Simon, recalls for us the great stages of the treatment.

During two consultations held by Rene Diatkine, this adult patient reveals his own world to us. Psychoanalists, specialised in the treatment of autism, share with us their reflexions on the clinical aspect of these talks and the mental process of this patient.
