The first issue addressed is the question of attachement and that of mother-child separation, through a "strange situation" filmed in Lausanne, at Blaise Pierrehumbert's and commented by him. Yvon Gauthier and Bernard Golse then evoke John Bowlby's work, resumed today by Peter Fonagy in London. This leads quite naturally to the notion of transgenerational and intergenerational mandate, a notion dear to Serge Lebovici, illustrated here by the exemplary case fo little Maxime, commented by him and Bernard Golse (archives from Bobigny).
